Registering and Navigating Ignite Tournaments

Embarking on a journey with a new application can be overwhelming. Yet, at Ignite Tournaments, we strive to ensure our app is as user-friendly as possible.

How Do I Download the Ignite Tournaments App?

The Ignite Tournaments App is available through:

• App Store (iOS)

• Play Store (Android)

How Do I Create My Account?

After successfully downloading the Ignite Tournaments app and launching the app, you’ll be directed to the signup page to create your account.

Simply follow the instructions on the signup page to set up your account. Once your account is created, you will be required to validate it by entering a validation code to finalize the process.

If you have issues creating an account, submit a ticket through Discord via the #support-and-feedback channel. 

Note: If you were a part of our previous playtests, you are NOT required to create a new account! However, you may need to re-verify your account. 

How do I Navigate the Ignite Tournaments Mobile App?

Upon completing the account creation process, you will see our home landing page by default. 

At the bottom of the app, you will also see your tournaments, profile, home, wallet, and help.

Login Screen

The login screen will require the username and password you created.

If you forgot your password, select ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter your email address. Apply the verification code sent to your email to reset your password. 

Once logged in, you’ll need to enter your mobile phone number. You’ll receive an SMS code to verify your mobile number to log in. 

If you’ve completed the above steps and still cannot log in, please submit a ticket through Discord via the #support-and-feedback channel. 

Tournaments

The Tournaments page will display all the upcoming and ongoing tournaments.

On this page, you can:

• Create your tournament

• Use the tournament filter

• View or join a tournament

Profile

Your profile page will display all tournaments you have registered for and the ones you are hosting. 

On this page, you will be allowed to:

• Edit your profile

• View your tournaments that you’ve created, joined, or drafted

• The teams you’ve joined

• Your mobile accounts that are registered with Ignite Tournaments

  • such as your BrawlStars username

• View how many matches you have played

• View your win rate

• Organize a tournament

Home

The default landing page will allow you to 

• Explore Leaderboard Tournaments

• View all the upcoming tournaments 

Wallet

Your wallet will display the balance you have. 

On this page, you can:

• View your current USD, CNS, and BUX balance

• Redeem your Promotion Code

• Withdraw USD

  • Withdrawal minimum is 10 USD

• Convert your BUX to USD or CNS

  • 1 BUX = 3.0000000 CNS

  • 1 BUX = 0.000555 USD

• Verify your identity (undergo KYC)

  • This is required to withdraw winnings

• View your USD, CNS, and BUX transactions and history

The help section will provide information on accessing the support team should you encounter an issue, along with our operating hours.
