Once you have successfully created your account and become acquainted with the Ignite Tournaments platform, it's time to dive into the exciting gameplay world! This article will equip you with all the essential information you need to participate in and enjoy tournaments effortlessly.
There are two tournament types: Free and Paid Tournaments.
Free tournaments will not have any currency staked and can be created by anyone. Paid tournaments will allow you to win prizes, requiring an entry fee such as Ignite Bux or Coins, and explore leaderboards.
To find a Tournament to participate in, go to the ‘Tournaments’ tab.
Here, you will find a listing of available Tournaments. You can also apply criteria to your search by using the filter on the upper right-hand side.
Once you have found the tournament you’d like to join, click on the ‘open’ option, input your username tied to your SuperCell account, and join! You’ll notice an orange glowing frame around the tournament, which indicates you’re a part of the tournament.
You can find your enrolled tournaments on your profile page by clicking ‘Joined Tournaments.’
When joining a BrawlStars tournament, make sure that you input your correct SuperCell username when the pop-up prompt appears when joining a tournament.
Ensure your numbers and letters are accurate, ex, the number zero vs the letter o, and it's also case sensitive.
Anyone can join Trophy Road tournaments, however, only Brawlers that have at least 100 trophies will count towards your score.
Only Trophy Events played in Showdown (Solo or Duo), Gem Grab, Brawl Ball, Hot Zone, Heist, Knockout, Bounty, or Wipeout will count towards these tournaments.
The more Trophies your Brawler has when starting a game, the higher your score multiplier is for each trophy earned.
For example, if your brawler has 0 trophies, your score will be multiplied by 0; if you have between 100 - 199 trophies, it'll be multiplied by +0.2 per trophy, and so on.
Refer to the scoring section of the tournament to determine your trophy performance.
Each game has specific eligibility criteria; ensure that you’re following the rules for results to count.
Participating in any Trophy Events will automatically track your scores.
Please note that results can take up to 30 minutes to update
To appear on the leaderboards, you must qualify by playing at least one eligible game.
Intentionally losing games to lower your rank or affect your matchmaking lobbies is prohibited and, along with any other forms of cheating and/or smurfing, will result in an immediate (and potentially permanent) ban from Ignite Tournaments.
There is a set of rules that must be adhered to by all organizers and participants:
BUX and CNS entry fee tournaments are non-refundable
Cheating, colluding, or match-fixing in any form is strictly prohibited.
Cross-platform gaming with a PC is only allowed if approved by the organizer, including emulators.
Players must show respect towards fellow participants unless the tournament organizers encourage trash-talking.
Regardless of the above rule, racist, hateful, homophobic, or derogatory speech targeted at users, community members, or staff will not be tolerated.
For games with ranking systems, participants should use their highest-ranked account.
Playing under someone else's name or substituting for another player is strictly prohibited.
The use of any kind of bots in-game is not allowed.
Tournament organizers can disqualify players who arrive late or fail to show up.
We have zero tolerance for cheaters. If you believe that someone is cheating or smurfing and have evidence, please submit a ticket through Discord elaborating along with any proof.
After the tournament ends and the winners are chosen, winnings will be instantly deposited into your Ignite Wallet. Winners of other digital prizes, such as gift cards, keys, games, etc., will have 14 days after the tournament ends to claim their prize. Instructions are sent out by email immediately after the eligible tournament ends.
If multiple users end up with the same score in the tournament, the winner is decided based on who entered the tournament first.
